Terms of Use

Fox-Pitt, Kelton provides equity research to the firm's clients, which are exclusively institutional, through its Research Library. Unauthorized access to the Research Library is prohibited.

Additionally, unauthorized access of third-party computers, using Fox-Pitt, Kelton's company computers, is prohibited. Further, attempting to gain entry without specific authorization is also prohibited. Any form of tampering, including snooping and hacking, to gain access is a violation of the Terms of Use policy, and legal action will be taken.

These Terms of Use may be amended or supplemented by Fox-Pitt, Kelton from time-to-time in its sole discretion. Each time these Terms of Use are modified in any way, the date set forth on the first page of these Terms of Use will be changed so that such date always sets forth the last revision date. During each use of the Research Library, you are responsible for being familiar with, and are bound by, the current version of these Terms of Use, including the Disclaimers and Disclosures sections, posted on Fox-Pitt, Kelton's Web Site and/or in Fox-Pitt, Kelton's research reports.

Fox-Pitt, Kelton clients and non clients (who are not authorized to have access to this web-based Research Library) may obtain copies of specified research report Disclosures by calling our Compliance Department at 1-800-FOX-PITT.

Fox-Pitt, Kelton reserves the right to terminate access to the Research Library at any time, in whole or in part, in its sole discretion.
